📋 Private Room Rules & Guidelines
Welcome to the Tabletop Community Space! Please review these policies before booking.
📅 Booking & Payment
- • All bookings must be made in advance through our social media channels
- • Please arrive on time to enjoy your full allotted session
- • We may offer a 15-minute grace period before and after your slot, depending on room availability
👥 General Conduct
- • Treat the room, furniture, and game materials with care and respect
- • Many of the items are generously donated by the community, so we hope you honor that spirit
- • No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the room or anywhere on store premises
- • Keep noise levels reasonable to avoid disturbing other players and customers
- • Unless marked "STAFF ONLY", you are welcome to use most items in the room
🍕 Food & Drinks
- • You're welcome to bring outside food and drinks as part of your booking
- • Please avoid strong-smelling food that might linger in the space
- • Free hot and cold water refills are available at the back of the store (for you to stay hydrated!)
- • All food, packaging, and drink containers must be disposed of properly in the bins provided
- • Please ensure the room is cleaned up before the end of your session
🧹 Cleanliness & Responsibility
- • Leave the room tidy and return all game materials to their labeled drawers
- • Any damages to furniture, equipment (including the TV and tables), or game components may be charged to the booking party
⏰ Weekend Hourly Booking Notice
On Saturdays, any hourly booking that extends past 6:00 PM must be for a minimum of 6 hours.
